Slow cooker carnitas tacos (recipe in source)
In my opinion, there is no healthier way of cooking than the slow cooker.  You can use no fats at all, just water and spices, and get the juiciest, most flavor-full meats you ever tasted.

Workout Recommendation!

Hey! So when i first begun eating healthier and getting active I bought a calendar to check off the days I worked out. Checking off each day felt incredibly satisfying and I used it as a motivational tool to get off my but. Looking back at a month full of checks was really inspirational! I used that calendar til working out virtually became habit (and trust me, it does!).

I won’t lie, bananas are my favorite pre-run food. They just work well with my stomach :)

I love ‘em for a good post-run snack :)

true me too,i m always having my daily banana before my work outs!
Bananas are amazing! They are filling and full of nutrients! Just make sure you only have one medium sized banana a day because they’re so full of calories! :)

We don’t buy bananas enough in this house, but when we do they’re gone the next day because my family knows it as a miracle fruit. :)

I just had a banana! :)

If your food can go bad, it’s good for you. If it can’t go bad, it’s bad for you.
