Workout Recommendation!

Hey! So when i firstĀ begunĀ eating healthier and getting active I bought a calendar to check off the days I worked out. Checking off each day felt incredibly satisfying and I used it as a motivational tool to get off my but. Looking back at a month full of checks was really inspirational! I used that calendar til working out virtually became habit (and trust me, it does!).
